I joined a co-ed soccer team through work. We play indoors in one of those hockey rink style fields. Because there are walls to keep the ball in bounds the games are much faster and the players end up doing a lot more running. Tonight was my first game of the season and we won 5 to 3 where I end up scoring one goal. I noticed that I am a little out of shape due to my lack of activity last year. But hopefully once I do some running and play some more soccer I’ll get back up to my higher level of endurance.
